Percy Thomas Dean (3 May 1941 - 9 Mar 2019)

Dean - Percy Thomas of Minehead passed peacefully away on Saturday 9th March 2019 at Musgrove Park Hospital aged 78 years.

A beloved Husband , Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather who will be
sadly missed by all his family & Friends
