In loving memory of Susan Mitchell (Nee - Peake) who sadly passed away on 23rd February 2019, at Wrexham Maelor Hospital, aged 60 years. Much loved mum of Emma and Sarah, proud Nanna Sue to Lois, Ethan, Callum, Ellie, Skyla, Angel and Clay, dear daughter of Maldwyn and the late Thelma, sister of Helen and Jonathan and sadly missed by Michael. Family flowers only please, donations may be given in memory. All enquiries please to the funeral directors.
