In loving memory of Grace Jeffreys (Bunty), who sadly passed away on 15th February 2019 peacefully at Wrexham Maelor Hospital, aged 80 years and of Brymbo. Beloved wife of the late Gordon, much loved mum to Bev & Mark, loving nanna of Angharad, Luke and Sion, proud great nanna of Charlie, she will be sadly missed by Denise. No black attire please.
