Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on 4th February 2019, aged 36 years.
She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Funeral service to be held at St. Mary The Virgin Church, High Halden, on Monday 18th February 2019 at 11.30am.
The family have requested no black to be worn.
