In loving memory of Patricia Pocock who sadly passed away on 20th January 2019 aged 83 years.
Much loved Mother to Helen and Claire,
Mother-in-law to Adrian and Neil and Grandma to
Daisy and Declan.
Re-united with her Husband John.
Will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
The funeral service will take place at Medway Crematorium on Monday 18th February 2019 at 1:00 pm.
This will be followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at Gillingham Methodist Church.
