I first met Nobby when he came to examine a damaged vehicle at Peamore Garage where I was a mechanic, I was impressed by his expertise and professional attitude. In later years we met again as we were both members of The Institute of Road Transport Engineers, Nobby arranged many lectures for us involving the Police and forensic science activities. He will be greatly missed ang I will always remember him a skilled engineer and a gentleman .

On 14th November 2018 peacefully in Exeter aged 84 years late of Devon & Cornwall Constabulary.
Beloved husband of the late Marian dearly loved dad of Tim & Andrew & a loving father in law & grandad.
Funeral service Tuesday 27th November Exeter Crematorium 1.30pm St Peters Chapel.
