It was a pleasure to work with you when we were at Redstones together and I remember the excitement when you were made up to Head Chef. We worked hard on new menus and the Xmas Day mayhem is always a story I tell people. 280 people with only 13 staff between foh and kitchen...it’s a wonder we pulled it off! We had only 1 fallout but it was quickly forgotten. Everyone will say what a great guy you were and you will certainly be missed x

I never thought i would be saying goodbye to the person that holds such a special place in my heart. You were taken from us so suddenly and im going to miss you so much. I will never forget you and the great times we had together and how you made me laugh. I will even miss the mess you left me to clean in the kitchen and your snoring at night. I will always love you and you will always be in my heart xxxxx
