Talking with you in the back yard in San Diego when you visited, skyping with you during holidays, and sitting at a pub in England with the whole family, are all wonderful memories I cherish. I loved your sense of humor, your ability to understand, and the love you shared with everyone in our family. I'll always remember your love for emerald and whenever I wear green I'll think of the wonderful person you are and how incredibly lucky I am to have had you in my life. I love you so much, Nana. Xx

The way the house smelt of dove soap (I think that was the brand) for a week or so after they stayed for a visit.... taking me to the bingham library, i read my 1st novel on that trip...her playing tug of war with my Ben wrapping her legs around his head for leverage... sitting and watching the silly cartoons with my girls

Mum always knew the best products, especially for your skin :-) Mum knew so much about people, especially historical characters, she knew how to read them. Studied old books at the library...learning about history and people. loved her pets and dogs,
