In loving memory of Maureen Balmer who sadly passed away on 6th September 2018. She leaves behind husband Billy, four children, Elaine, Billy, Craig and John, grand children Charlotte, Emily, Stephanie Richard, Kerensa, Floyd and Mackenzie and great grand child Rohan. She was a well loved member of the local community in Runcorn and will be sadly missed by family and friends.
