In loving memory of Eirlys Baker who sadly passed away on 15th August 2018 peacefully at Wrexham Maelor Hospital, aged 79 years, of Tanyfron and formerly Brymbo. Dearly loved wife of the late Stan, much loved mum to Peter & Sharon, and Sandra & Dave, loving nan of Kayleigh, Richard & Steph, and Luke Adam, proud great nan of Jennifer.
