Sadly but peacefully on Friday 17th August 2018 at Morriston Hospital, Ann, beloved partner of Keith, loving mam of Julie, adored nanna of Aimee, Callum and Corey, proud great nanna of Nikki-Jai and Maia-Rose.
Ann will be sadly missed by all her family and many friends.
Funeral service to be held on Thursday 6th September 2018 11am at Swansea Crematorium.
