Peacefully on Tuesday 7th August 2018 with her loving family by her side, Diane, loving partner of Paul, much loved mam of Paul, Daniel, Sarah and their partners, cherished nan of all her grandchildren, dearly loved sister of all her brother and sisters.
Diane will be sadly missed by all her family and many friends.
Funeral service to be held on Thursday 23rd August 2018 12 noon at Swansea Crematorium.
