Dear Ann-marie and family,
Bob and I are thinking of you and George and cherishing all the times we had with him on our delightful walking tours. We were fortunate to be able to enjoy his intelligence, his map skills, his deep knowledge about names and places, his wit and just who he was. We are sending our sincerest condolences. Sherry and Bob

I first met George some years ago at one of his history classes in Huddersfield Town hall. His style of delivery was unique and encouraging. I was sad to hear of his passing and will miss the occasional chat, smile and advice. He was truly a man of words in every way.
Can I offer my condolences to his family

John
