Peacefully surrounded by his loving family on July 22nd aged 88 years, George William. The devoted husband of the late Gladys. The loving dad of George. The special father-in-law to Lesleyanne. A cherished grandad of Sean, Mark and Georgia. A proud great-grandad to Evie and Alfie and a friend to many. Friends please meet on Friday August 3rd for service in the Independent Methodist Church, South Hetton at 10.30am. Committal to follow in Durham Crematorium. All are welcome afterwards to South Hetton Cricket Club for refreshments. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if so desired, towards the work of the Independent Methodist Church, South Hetton.
