I am overwhelmed and the kind words and support from so many people. So many tributes acknowledging dad as such as sincere man. So thanks to you all xxxx

Many happy memories, of our childhood in Sutton Park, which I will always treasure, and the shouts of 'Get off that Bike', amongst others.

The years he spent looking after my children, setting the foundation for them to develop into the fine young men they have become, he was so proud of them.

All our DIY projects, Middleton and Daughter, we laughed in recent months over these, and when the children were young setting me and John a curfew of 10.00 pm, which I would say, No dad I am over 30 I will come in when I like....

Looking back at memories, is far more comforting, than looking forward to a future without him, no matter the age..

Rest in peace, my dearest father
