In loving memory of John Thomas Patrick Chown who sadly passed away on 31st May 2018. A wonderful Husband to Carol , Father to Louise and Stuart and Grandfather to Isabella , Teddy , Stanley, Eliza and Arthur.
Words can not express our sense of loss of such a patient, kind and funny man. We were privileged to have you as a Husband, Dad and Grandad. We will miss you so much but you will live on in our hearts and memory forever.
