In loving memory of Chin Che Hau who sadly passed away on 25th May 2018. Dearest wife of Fuk Hing Hau (known as Kit) and darling mother to Vicky and Jason.

Chin and Kit married in 1972, moving to England in the same year after their honeymoon in Japan. Initially living in Stamford where their daughter Vicky was born in Peterborough they moved down to Teddington in 1975 where their son Jason was later born.

Having worked side by side with Kit at the Green Garden for 25 years, they also worked together as food hygiene teachers for the Chinese community in Surrey, London and beyond.

In recent years Chin has worked side by side with Kit in their allotment (of which she was very proud) and Chin had also devoted much time to volunteering with Save the Children.

In MArch 2016 Chin was delighted to welcome her daughter in law Claire to the family and In December of 2017 Chin welcomed her long awaited grandson Conall Man Lee Hau to whom she was an adoring Granny. She died at Harefield Hospital following an unsuccessful heart procedure. She is survived by Kit, Vicky , Jason, Claire and Conall.

The family would like to recommend a donation to "Save the Children" rather than floral tributes (please see the Charity button above)

Helena Nathanson donated £105 in memory of Chin

Don’t think of her as gone away
her journey’s just begun
life holds so many facets
this earth is only one.
Just think of her as resting
from the sorrows and the tears
in a place of warmth and comfort
where there are no days or years.
Think how she must be wishing
that we could know today
how nothing but our sadness
can really pass away.
And think of her as living
in the hearts of those she touched
for nothing loved is ever lost
and she was loved so much.

Our deepest condolences, Helena, Gavin and Lolly
