Funeral Director
In loving memory of David Brian Smith who sadly passed away on 22nd April 2018 aged 85 years.
David of Donyatt, Chard and formerly Stratford-sub-Castle, Salisbury, passed away peacefully at Musgrove Park Hospital.
A much loved father and friend to many, he will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Funeral service will take place at Yeovil Crematorium on Wednesday, 9th May at 12 noon.
Family flowers only please. Donations if desired in memory of David for MFPA Trust Fund, by retiring collection or may be sent to the Funeral Directors

I'd like to pass on our condolences from myself, Maria, Sam and Matthew. Sadly we won't be able to make it across from Ghana for the funeral but our thoughts will be with all of those who are attending.
