Passed away peacefully on 17th April 2018 aged 88 years.
Greatly missed by Julie and John, Kathryn and Ben.
Many thanks to the staff on Ward 43 at Coventry University Hospital.
Funeral service to take place at Rainsbrook Crematorium, Drayton Room on Tuesday 1st May 2018 at 1.30pm.
