In loving memory of Michael Gerald Crossfield who sadly passed away on 31st March 2018
Mick was abandoned at Father Hudsons Home as a baby and had a very bad start to life in the Home - Mick was always running away from Father Hudsons Home and was nearly always found by a lovely Policeman and his Dog (called Jason) Mick then went on to have dogs (all of which were called Jason) the last Dog Mick and his Wife Jan have is a border collie cross now called Ben (named at the Dogs Trust Kenilworth as Jason!) so the name Jason still lives on. From Father Hudsons Mick made a great life for himself - becoming a PTI (Physical Training Instruction) in the Army and then went on to train athletes which included many famous names such as Coventry's own wonderful Dave Moorcroft. Mick became a Physiotherapist and has helped many people over the years. Mick had a heart of pure gold and everyone of his friends has such wonderful memories and stories to tell of him. It was so wonderful that so many of his friends (some of whom go back many many years) came to see him before his passing. He was diagnosed with stomach cancer at the end of January and God then took him into heaven on Easter Saturday 31.3.18. Mick is being missed so much by all but especially by his Wife Jan and his dog Ben. Rest in peace Mick - loved by all. Good night - God Bless x
