In loving memory of Gareth Jones who sadly passed away suddenly but peacefully on 11th January 2018 in Hospital, of Acton aged 61 Years. Devoted partner of Angela, much loved dad of Jenna, Jordan, Nathan and Gracie, a loving brother and uncle. Family flowers only please, donations may be given in memory.
