On 14th December 2017, peacefully in hospital fortified by the Rites of holy mother Church, Joan aged 94 years R.I.P. The dearly beloved wife of the late Arthur, much loved mum of Denis, Arthur, John and the late Alan, a dear mother-in-law and devoted gran and great nan. A Requiem Mass will be offered at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Blackley on Wednesday 10th January at 11am followed by interment at St Joseph’s Cemetery, Moston. Family flowers only please; donations if desired for the benefit of The Alzheimer’s Society (Manchester local office).
