In loving memory of Hayley Jane Johnson who sadly passed away on 23rd December 2017, aged 47 years. Loving mum of Tom and Emma, beloved daughter of Peter & Julie, sister of Stuart and his wife Tracey and also a special auntie. Missed and loved by all family and friends.
