I have fond memories of our childhood but still cannot recall the language we used to speak during our first few years - at least we understood each other if no one else did. Sixty five years on we at least had the opportunity to catch up on things before your untimely passing. No words can truly describe my loss - be in peace with Mum, Dad and Hugh.

My dearest friend, i only knew you for a short time, but in that time we built up a lovely bond, we seemed to be in tune, one of the Christmas lunches we turned up in the exact same dress despite the miles, we turned up to racing meets a few times in very similar tops, i showed you my gorgeous ball dress and you said “i have that”. You always listened with your heart and enjoyed everyone elses lives and times.
I miss your lovely messages with your hearts and flowers, our chats and us laughing together. I feel privileged to call you my friend, truly lovely inside and out. Love you and always in my thoughts xxxx
