In loving memory of Constance (Connie) Hughes who sadly passed away on 14th October 2017, peacefully at Pen-y-Garth Nursing Home, of Brymbo, aged 89 years. Beloved wife of Hughie, much loved mum of Lynn and Jacqueline, cherished nana of Ellen, Keira, Gerard, Hank and Olivia. Funeral service on Tuesday 24th October 2017 at St. Mary's Church, Brymbo at 12noon followed by a private family committal. Family flowers only please, donations may be given in memory. All enquiries please to the funeral directors.
