In loving memory of Carole Ann Wakefield who sadly passed away on 11th October 2017

The family wish to announce the sudden sad passing Of Carole whilst in Rome. Beloved wife of the late Tony, much loved Mum of Dawn, Andrew, Anthony and Karelyn. A cherished Nan to all her grandchildren and great grandchildren
She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her
Carole is in the care of Lyndsay Ellis @ The Vale Funeral Service, Court Road, Barry until her funeral Service to take place at St Helen’s RC Church, Barry on Thursday 9th November at 9:45am,
Followed by cremation at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry
