In loving memory of Philip (Fishop) Williams, who passed away peacefully on 3rd October 2017 at Wrexham Maeloer Hospital, of Southsea, aged 73 Years. Loving husband of Rita, much loved dad of Tracy and Gavin, dear father-in-law to Arthur and Sam, proud taid of Jonathan and Jamie.
