In loving memory of Deborah Anne Smith who sadly passed away on 4th August 2017 at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital after a long illness bravely fought, aged 53 years.
Loving wife of David, much loved mother of Carly and Emily, daughter to Pearl and the late Tom, sister to Stephen.
She will be greatly missed by all family and friends.
Funeral service to be held at Tedburn St Mary Parish Church on Friday 18th August at 2.30pm followed by burial at Tedburn St Mary Cemetery.
