Andy Blackman took his final nap on 21st July 2017, aged just 43. He had a wonderful circle of friends and reading the messages and memories and seeing the photos left on his facebook page have brought so much joy and strength to everyone, particularly his Mum, Marion and Dad, Geoff.
Andy's funeral Service is taking take place at Basingstoke Crematorium on Friday 11th August at 2:45 pm. It would mean the world to the family if you were able to join us to celebrate his life.
Every year thousands of people are left with devastating disabilities after stroke, but the Stroke Association are funding research and changing the story for survivors. Andy died far too young from his strokes and that's why we'd like to ask you to help us raise money for this cause in Andy's honour.

Big guy, with a big heart with the biggest smile you've ever seen taken far too soon. While I have lots of great memories of you in our nights out in basingstoke or Ibiza my favourite was very early in our friendship. IOW Festival 2014- it was absolutely freezing so everyone wanted to go back to the tent but I wanted to stay and watch Faithless. I remember you said with me and we watched this fantastic light show at the end of the show we walked back drunk you filling your face while dragging along a massive blank in a very drunken state. That night we bond and was always pleased to see your face and get some beezy love. Hope your dishing that love out left right and centre up there, but save some for us. Love you xx
