On Thursday 6th July 2017, passed away peacefully in St James’s Hospital, aged 77 years.
The beloved wife of Raymond, much loved mum of Debra and Mark, Mother in law of Trevor and Christine and beloved Grandma of Jade and Alex.
The Funeral Service will take place at Lawnswood Crematorium Chapel on Friday 28th July at 11.40 prior to cremation.
Family flowers only please, but donations may be made in memory of Pat to Dementia UK for which a collection plate will be available at the service.
