In loving memory of Edward McCann who sadly passed away on 10th July 2017.
Eddie was a beloved Son, Brother, Husband, Father and Papa. Anyone who was involved in his life adored him (Especially the woman)
On a serious note Eddie was the life and soul of the party whether that be at a party or sitting in his local. He always had a smile on his face.. everyone that knows him will know that he was at his happiest when he was sat with a half pint of Belhaven Best, a nip of Whiskey, a cigarette in his hand along with his paper and a few betting slips for his horses.
In time unfortunately due to health issues his mobility became restricted. He got himself a mobility scooter and tried to get out whenever he could (even though he crashed it a few times)
His health continues to deteriorate but HE KEPT FIGHTING!!!!
In October 2016 Eddie moved into Broxburn Nursing Home. Although he didn't like to mingle with other residents unless they were out for a fag, he made many great friends within the staff!! Domestics, Chefs, Carers and Nurses...Even the Homes Dog!!! He loved Dogs!!
Eddie will be sadly missed by everyone.. no one will ever replace his cheeky banter, one liners and stories.
He is really one in a million.

RIP Dad , I miss u so much dad ,everyday seems to b getting longer and harder without seeing you ,but im coming to see u on Tuesday . Heaven gained an angel when he took u from me . I hope ur looking down on us on Wednesday and saying my girls gave me a good send off . If u can plz give me a sign that ur with me on Wednesday. Sleep tight dad till we meet again
