You always had a smile, were always interested in talking about and sharing stories (you had so many), and had such enthusiasm for adventure and experiences. You live on in our stories and memories.

My dearest uncle, you may have left us for now, but you will always be in our hearts. The fond memories that I have from you being part of my life are very much etched in who I am today, and although too short, the time you have spend with Millie & Bea will also stay with them - the fondness in their pictures ('the Big Belly' :-) ) & the wish to call you, even when you are in heaven. I know you will be there when we look up, looking down on us with the proud eyes you always had for us. Good bye for now, Love you xx

We are at a loss with Norris’s passing, will we miss a great neighbour and friend. We have lovely memories of the convivial dinner parties where Norris stood out as the star murder mystery player, and of course, one particular Burns night will remain in our thoughts for ever.

How sad to hear that wonderful Norris Myers OBE has flown under the radar for the last time. Norris was an inspiration for our UKTI creative business project. His stories built him into a James Bond-like figure in our imaginations and his enthusiasm for baking home-made bread was infectious...especially when he so generously shared his recipes. Norris was a creative character in all the best ways and he leaves many grateful friends.
