In loving memory of Simon Wyrzykowski, who sadly passed away on 8th June 2017 at Nottingham City Hospital. Gorgeous, devoted husband and best friend of Lisa, amazing and proud Dad of Lucy and Tommy and wonderful son of Stan and Denise Wyrzykowski.
Always and forever in our hearts.
Simon's funeral service will be held on Wednesday 28th June at 10:15 at Bramcote Crematorium. Please wear whatever clothes and colours you wish.
Family flowers only please. Donations may be given to British Heart Foundation.

We are all so very sorry for your tragic loss. You have been wonderful throughout your treatment with us on Acute Cardiac Unit ,Trent Cardiac. Never complaining and always had a smile for us. Our thoughts are with your wife and family today. God bless and Rest in Peace.
