Christopher Fullwood (28 Nov 1944 - 9 May 2017)

In loving memory of Christopher Fullwood who sadly passed away on 9th May 2017.

He was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, friend and teacher whose memory will live on through his wife Sue, his children; Louise, Rachel, Jon, Matt, Sian, Chris, Louise, Elizabeth and Daniel and his many grandchildren; Camille, Lola, Agnes, Frances, Evan, Spike, Bella, Stanley, Katie, Chloe, Kayleigh, Isla, Abigail and Charlie as well as his son and daughter in laws Euan, Mark, Stephen, Fiona, Zoe, Caroline and Guy (apologies if I have missed anyone, there are so many).

He will be deeply missed for his dry sense of humour and easy going nature by the community of Alfreton where he spent most of his life. Throughout his long career as a teacher he was well liked and respected and will be remembered for introducing so many young people to the natural world that he loved so much, through outdoor pursuits and trips to the Peak District.

I hope that as many of you as possible can attend his funeral so that we can share happy memories of his life. X

The Funeral Service will be held at the Swanwick Crematorium on Thursday 25th May at 12 noon. There will be a reception afterwards at the Wagon and Horses on Mansfield Road, Alfreton.
