Hywel and I send our deepest sympathy. Maureen was a great person who overcame many setbacks in her life, remaining cheerful throughout. She was a lovely schoolfriend and kept her links with the Llanelli Grammar School girls. Despite her illness she kept us all in fits of laughter on her facebook page and the Machynys get -togethers will miss her.

To Robert and family, I was sad to hear of Maureen's death. I did not know her well but have many friends who did and know she will be sadly missed.
I know Maureen had been unwell for sometime and I hope you get some comfort that she is now at peace. My best wishes
