Dear Dad in Heaven

I thought of you today
But that is nothing new
I thought of you yesterday
And will tomorrow too

I think of you in silence
And make no outward show
For what it meant to loose you
Only those that love you know

Remembering you is easy
I do it every day
Its the heartache of loosing you
That will never go away

In loving memory of my dad

Popar we love you
We know you can hear
Although we can't see you
Our memories won't disappear

Our trip to Disney Paris, was amazing for sure
You came on a ride and we scared you, oh boy
Your face was a picture as it swooped and spun round
Not sure you forgave us as your heart did pound

Riding your lawn mower we see you going up and down.
The faces you pulled making us giggle and you frown
You loved watching the horses and dogs, shouting from the gate
Let's see you jumping, just wait

You were proud of your family
We know that for sure
But we are proud to call you Popar
And love you forevermore
Sleep tight Popar

All our love Ellie and Abi xxx

A heart of gold stopped beating,
Hard working hands now rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us he only takes the best.
We think of you in silence,
we often speak your name,
all we have are memories,
your picture in a frame.
A million times we've thought of you,
a million times we've cried.
If love alone could have saved you,
you never would have died.
It broke our hearts to lose you,
but you didn’t go alone.
For a part of us went with you the day God took you home.

God bless, sleep tight. All our love, your loving son Glenn and daughter-in-law Rachel xxxx
