Fay Mary Miller (13 May 1942 - 15 Feb 2017)

In loving memory of Fay Mary Miller who sadly passed away on 15th February 2017.

Mum(Fay) had lived with Parkinson's for many years after being diagnosed at a relatively early age. After her condition deteriorated Mum moved into the Hawthorns Care Home mid 2015. Mum liked the home very much and was looked after fabulously by the care team there. It was here that Mum slipped away peacefully with Dad(John) by her side on the 15th February.

Mum will be deeply missed by the whole family and friends.
