I would just like to say how proud Lena & John (my Aunt and Uncle) would have been of Gordon's young family who did exceptionally well yesterday. They made his send off personal and straight from the heart. It was obvious that he was well loved... I spoke to one of the ladies who run the centre Gordon used no they had such praise for him, saying what a lovely well mannered and appreciative person he was. They were so genuine in their comments, it was lovely to hear.
Claire, I was amazed that you managed to find strength to read your poems and memories.. it was so touching and heartfelt. Gordon must have been so proud.
It was lovely to meet you all - God Bless and take good care everyone xxx

When tomorrow starts with me.
And I'm not there to see
If the sun should raise and find your eyes all filled of tears for me.

I wish so much you wouldn't cry.
The way you did today.
While thinking of the many things.
We didn't get to say.

I know how much you love me
As much as I love you.
And each time that you think of me.
I know you'll miss me too
