In loving memory of Josephine Tobin who sadly passed away on 23rd December 2016. My wonderful Jo was born in Ireland and was raised on a farm together with her brothers and sisters. She trained to be a nurse and dedicated her life to caring for others both professionally and personally. She met my Dad in Lourdes France and theirs was a holiday romance, having only known each other 3 days, my Dad returned home and informed us he had met a lovely Irish lady from Luton and was going to ask her to marry him!!! They were married for 24 years and went on many adventures visiting places of pilgrimage both here and abroad. Jo was a devoted nanny to her two grandsons and they in turn adored her, not to mention the dog Boda. We were so very very blessed to have had her in our lives and miss her terribly every day, I feel personally I have lost my ally and my mate, but she will always be in our hearts. May my wonderful Jo rest in peace.
