In loving memory of Jonathan Graham who sadly passed away on 8th December 2016. Jonathan was a loving husband, father, son and friend. He fought a long and courageous battle with cancer for several years. We will miss him deeply but his love and influence will live on in us all.
On Friday 16th December we will say goodbye to Jonathan and celebrate his life. Everyone is welcome to join us in the church and afterwards in the Old Salt Quay which is an easy 5 minute walk from the church.
Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers for Cancer Research UK, a charity close to Jonathan's heart.
There is no dress code.
