Barbara Wallis (29 Apr 1942 - 17 Nov 2016)

Whilst trying to Trace Barbara as my Christmas cards went unanswered I just decided to type her name in to google to try and find her and write to her during our 2020 isolation, and this came up. So sorry to Mel and all the family for your loss. We had fun times with your Mum and Gil in Evesham and Kings Norton. I know you must miss her xx

R.I.P. Barbara,
I only knew you for a short time but in that time i realised how schooled, strong witted, funny, strong and at the end very brave. I wished i had time to get to know you more but like so many of your family and friends i grieve with them in their loss. Be at peace now Barbara you have made the people that are close to you very proud.
Thank you for what you have done for me, for that i will always remember. XX

While we are mourning the loss of our friend, others are rejoicing to meet you behind the veil.

Barbara was such a warm, loving person, and much loved. Her entire family, especially her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and sister-in-law Brenda will miss her terribly, as will we in her extended family through her husband Gilbert. I used to love getting her letters at Christmas--filled with all the activities of her family, and I saw her devotion to Gib, especially in his final years. So sorry to hear about her passing--she was gone far too soon. I hope to stay in touch with all of you.

RIP Mum sleep well. I will miss all the laughs we had, usually at someone else's expense but never malicious . The Grandchildren will miss all of the fun you brought to their life's .Our world will be a sadder place without you in it.
