Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on the 27th October 2016, aged 58 years.
A loving wife to Martin, a devoted Mother to Nicola, Robert, Elaine and Laura. A loving Nanny to Reece, Ellie, Finley, Ruby, Darcy, Sofia, Alfie, Zayn and Will.
A funeral service will be held at Kettering Crematorium (Edgar Newman Chapel) on Friday 11th November at 2:15pm. Susan's family request family flowers only. Donation for Cancer Research UK can be given in Susan's memory at the service.
