Our dear Bapuji

About our Dad - Dearest Bapuji
Bapuji Haribhai, was a very respected, visionary, intelligent, humble, generous man who was firm in his views. His genuine and helpful ways and advice were greatly valued by so many. He always wanted for all those he knew, to help them plan the best for their futures as well as to help relatives, friends to secure their future life by readily sharing his helpful knowledge (on so many topics) which he gave in great abundance. He valued technological innovations and wanted to know so much as possible about 'tomorrow's world'. He predicted about the use of computers as early as the 1960s. Haribhai was a social person, enjoyed sports and dancing, he also had a good sense of humour. He had quality, class and style.

Bapuji Haribhai valued his Indian, Gujarati roots as well as living in Britain for over sixty years building a very successful life for himself and his family. He lived with his family in Upton Park, East London and then moved to Bermondsey South East London. where through his visional skills he purchased a property on Hull Close from simply the blue prints.
For Mum (Ichchhaben/Sitaben of Delwada), he built the huge temple Baliyadev Bapa Mandir in Bedchit India in the name of Jai Baliyadev.

In the sixty years in Britain he acquired many career paths which was due to his mature and courageous qualities and by the age of 22 in September of 1956, Haribhai got on an aeroplane (unusual and pioneering in those days) and ventured out to London from the Gujarat in India, where he settled successfully making the best of the opportunities set before him. He left a legacy for future generations through his vision. He inspired so many. We love you Bapuji, you will be greatly missed but always remembered with a smile.

Bapuji believed that Education was the gateway to everything and he never stopped absorbing knowledge unless he was prevented. He had worked as a Bus Conductor, moving on to designing/planning kitchens, to owning his own business on 212 Jamaica Road, landlord of property letting.

Bapuji, son of Gokalbhai Nathabhai Patel and Gomtiben Gokalbhai - we are proud of everything you have done for us. Your children Vijyaben, Prabha and Jaydev (Jay/ Jalu) will miss you and remember you everyday, we are proud to carry your Family's genes, ever connected to the Universe. A wonderful loving husband, a firm and quietly proud father of the three of us and a joyfully delighted generous grandfather and great grandfather. May you safely reach the gates of Heaven.
"The Rest is Aum" -

. We as Haribhai Patel's immediate family thank you all for your kindness, sincere sympathies and help throughout.

Dear Bapuji today would have been your 90th birthday! We miss you and wish you could reached 90 here on Earth with us. We will miss celebrating your Mile Stone but of course we’ll salute you wherever you are. So sending my love into the Universe and I hope that you will receive my wishes. We remember you everyday and talk about you all the time! There is always an empty space in the house and many times I think that you will walk through the door and ask why we were up so late! Lallu Nana sent a photo of you on your travels in Europe when you in your twenties/ early thirties and you were so handsome - you looked like a model. I always appreciated your style and good taste in everything.

Any way it’s 5am and I still haven’t gone to sleep but I thought of you being 90 and wanted to send a message to Heaven and into the Universe. Here’s to you Bapuji, you will always be forever in our heart. Much love from your daughter and all the family xxxxxx

Dearest Bapuji, it has been six years since you passed and I have missed and remembered you everyday. Today is a Saturday and you passed away on. Saturday too so it has been a hard day. So many have passed this year and joined you, including Masi, Khadumama and Kunchanmami. Also Nerumami Chunibhai Patel. And last week our dearest Majesty Queen Elizabeth, the whole world is sad, mourning and coming used to the idea of a new King. Well he is our new, very old King Charles and every moment is full of change, sadness and wanting to pay respects to our great Queen who still worked until the end, aged 96! I’m sure she has arrived and you are the lucky one. Her Majesty, you and all who we love that have passed away, will be remembered and missed everyday like always. Bye for now my Bapuji in the sky x

Dearest Bapuji in Heaven, it has been five years since you passed and we remember you everyday. So many have left Earth and have headed to Heaven because of Covid 19. The pain of missing our loved ones becomes second nature, unchanging and always there but it is comforting because it reminds us of just how powerful bonds of love are and our memories bring us together on an entirely but very possible plane or dimension within the universe.

A beautiful robin has been visiting the garden very recently, letting us know that Bapuji loves us dearly and watching over us. Robins are spiritual visitors of loved ones that have passed. Thank you God?? to bless our lives with miracles ? x

This Robin comes to visit me and I have seen a lot over the last few days. It is exactly one year since dear Bapuji left us but he is showing me, that he is well and happy in the spiritual world and that he wants us to be happy too. The Spiritual Centre
The Robin Redbreast

The Robin Redbreast, has been subject of legend since the year Dot. quite literally. With the coming of Jesus Christ comes the legend of the Robins Red Breast. It is said that in Our Lords hour of need it was the Robin that tried to remove the thorns, it was the Robin that stood guard and only allowed the light to come near. It was this act of heroic bravery that caused a splash of blood to stain his red breast, this motive is still seen today and is worn with a pride by the Cock Robin. Also the Robin can be found in every church yard but will only be seen once it calls to you and once seen, it's unique character will become familiar to you as this sacred bird will visit you often whilst providing reassurance for a new beginning.

This bird is a visitor and as such should be appreciated as a welcome visitor bringing gifts, it is for you to interpret the gifts it brings. Someone recently passed maybe showing you that you are being watched, maybe just letting you know that they still love you.

Just as every human is different so is every Robin, so look at this Robin and identify it's unique features. It is no coincidence that next time he appears you will

He will stay around for as long as he is needed and will re-appear if called for. The Robin is a solitaire, strong, silent, guardian, protector even when looking after it's family it is rare for it to flock with others, preferring to be solitary and heard when it speaks. This beautiful bird is earth tied meaning that it will stay on the earth, it's duties include that of the escort, meaning it is willing to escort the spirit to a new beginning. It is a part of the dawn chorus singing in the new day and it is a part of spiritual awakening, a gentle reminder of what has been and will be again.
