Irene’s Funeral service will be held on Thursday 15th September at Gilroes Crematorium, West Chapel at 1.00pm.

Christmas and the canals will not be the same without your wonderful cakes! I just hope I can follow your recipes in order to continue to spread your love and generosity. You and Max were like grandparents to us McCarthy children. Thank you for everything. We will miss you and we are glad you have both been reunited.

Irene - you were a lovely lady who always welcomed us into your home as if we were family. We are privileged to have known you and Max and will always remember you both for your kindness and good humour.
