In loving memory of Janice Patricia Hooper (Jan) who sadly passed away on 26th April 2016, aged 69 years. Married to Tom for over 50 years, Jan had three children: Darren, Lara and Rob as well as seven grandchildren, Jay, Anya, Charlotte, Alyssa, Max, Neve and Eden, all who are going to miss her so very much.
