In loving memory of Susanne Jones (nee Parkman) who sadly passed away at home on 6th April 2016 with her devoted husband Gareth and sons' Rhys and Richard at her bedside. Cherished daughter of Brian and Christine, loving sister of Stephen.
She will be dearly missed by all her family and many friends.
Funeral to taken place at St Marys Church, Holton Road, Barry on Friday 22nd April at 10:45am, followed by a PRIVATE family committal service
