On 14th February 2016, in hospital, David, aged 64 years of Bradford. Beloved husband of Pat, loving dad of Michelle and the late Jason , dear father in law of Paul, much loved grandad of Mia, loving brother of Christine and Robert and dear son in law of Joan. The funeral service will be held at the Private chapel of Joseph A. Hey & Son Ltd., 470 Great Horton Road, Bradford 7.,on Friday 26th February at 9.30am to be followed by cremation at Parkwood crematorium. Family flowers only please, but donations to the I.C.U. at Bradford Royal Infirmary would be appreciated, there will be a plate for this purpose at the service. All enquiries to Joseph A.
