Trevor John Paulett (4 May 1952 - 14 Aug 2026)

Trevor was a kind and generous person who was totally committed to The people and ideals of Westbere Sailing Opportunities. Throughout his many years with the charity Trevor's contribution was immeasurable, from time spent on the water sailing and in the support boats, to organising sessions as a Team Leader, to being an active member of the committee and serving as Vice Chair, to rolling his sleeves up and helping maintain the boats and equipment, to always looking for ways of moving the charity forward for example re-vamping the website and researching moving to using electric outboard motors on the boats. To all who came to the lake, be it fellow volunteer or Sailing Member Trevor was always warm, caring and encouraging. He was universally liked and respected by all who met and worked with him and I greatly value and hold with affection time spent with him. Trevor will be missed by all.

Trevor was an amazing person. A truly wonderful man who was always loving, caring and kind to his family and all his friends.
Trevor’s passing is a huge loss for Helen, Laura and Vicki and their families, who loved him so much. He will be dearly missed by all of us who were lucky enough to have been his friends. Reset in peace Trevor.
