Janet passed asway peacefully surrounded by her family at home on 6th July 2026, aged 83 years. A loving mum of Paul, Ian, Chris and Julie, much loved mother in law to Sarah, nanoo to Jessie and Frances and great nanoo to Moses.

Mum was always a place called home somewhere we all could meet and eat so now it's time to rest mum and give them lot up there an ear bashing for the agro they left behind... Get the kettle on be up soon for a cuppa and a slice of cake. Love you mum. Chrisso xx

I don’t know how to say goodbye. You were so much more than a friend—you were like a second mum to me, offering love, support and kindness.
I will treasure our memories, especially our baking days and the laughter we shared. I still smile thinking of how we joked that your house was like the corner shop because you seemed to have everything anyone could need—that was just who you were, so generous and thoughtful.
Thank you for everything, Janet, you hold a special place in my heart, and I will carry your love and memories with me.
Fly high, lovely lady, you will be loved, missed, and remembered always.
