Eric was a lovely man. Only really saw him at family events or if I bumped into him and Sue in town with my Mum. But he was always smiling, and would always ask how everyone was. Thinking of his family at this sad time x

Sending sincere condolences to Sue and the family. Lots of lovely memories from when we were younger when our parents had get togethers. Our paths crossed many times as we got older. May you rest in peace Eric.

You weren’t just my uncle you were like a big brother as you lived at nanny Lou’s while I was young.
You brought me my first ever pram & doll one Christmas & you knew how much I love Micheal Jackson & I love as so happy when you arrived at nans one day after finishing work with my first ever album, Looking through the windows by the Jackson 5, which I still have to this day.
You would sit on the door step at nans with me when we ever had a thunder storm knowing I was scared & we would chat just about anything until it passed.
I remember one of those time you offered me 1p I said “I can’t buy anything with that” & with that you said “ok” & put it back in your pocket.
These memories & others I will cherish forever.
My heart is broken now & my life won’t be the same
without you in it but I knew I was loved & I hope you knew you were too.
Say hi to Nan & grandad for me & I hope the beer tastes good up there.
Love & miss you forever.
♥️
